Timothy R. Anderson is the President and Founder of PureDefense Pest Solutions, Inc. Since founding the company in 2011 with his wife, Conny Anderson, Tim has led PureDefense with a clear mission: to care for and protect the community through exceptional service. Drawing from his educational background at Belmont University and Utah Valley University, he built the company from the ground up, growing it from 0 clients to more than 20,000 homes serviced.
Tim is also the driving force behind PureDefense’s P.U.R.E. values—Protect, Unify, Retain, and Excel—which continue to shape the company’s culture, customer experience, and commitment to excellence. Through visionary leadership and a passion for serving others, Tim has established PureDefense as a respected and growing leader in the pest solutions industry.

Ryan Shaw
Ryan Shaw is a dedicated leader at PureDefense Pest Solutions, Inc., where he has helped shape the company’s growth and operational foundation over the past seven years. A proud Forsyth County local and graduate of the University of North Georgia, Ryan has a strong connection to the community PureDefense serves.
Beginning his journey with the company in 2019, Ryan advanced through a variety of roles—including door-to-door sales, customer service, and service technician—before stepping into his current position as Branch Manager. In this role, he oversees service quality across the technician team while also guiding office staff to ensure a seamless, 5-star customer experience.

Hayden Holmes is the Director of Commercial Sales & Services at PureDefense Pest Solutions, Inc. A native of El Paso, Texas, and a graduate of Texas Tech University, Hayden brings over a decade of experience in operations, sales leadership, and organizational development to the PureDefense team.
